Outlook 2003 crashing - with Gmail

You have all been great with assistance, thank you in advance.

I was told on here that Outlook works best with Gmail using IMAP instead of
POP so I changed to IMAP - one of the reasons is so that I can receive bcc's
to myself... I am still not getting the bcc emails to myself and it appears
to be crashing A LOT. i sent a file that was only 1MB and when I tried to
retrieve it from the sent folder and place in my inbox, Outlook has crashed 4
times, makes it real hard to get work done, I also find that moving between
folders in Outlook takes a long time using IMAP... With that said, my
questions are:

How can i get bcc:'s to myself using IMAP/Gmail/Outlook

Any thoughts on why it might be crashing so much?

Any thoughts on why moving from folder to folder is super slow?

Yes, every detail... it's been running "ok" with the exception of the issues
