outlook 2003 crashes when you have a contact open and use email.

Outlook 2003 crashes whenever you have contacts open and switch back to an
email or if you just have a contact open and go back to your inbox. If this
was a car it would fall under the Lemon Law.

I'd try renaming outcmd.dat and *.srs to see if it fixes it....
