Outlook 2003 crashes when I create a new meeting or appointment.

Whenever I attempt to create a new meeting or appointment, there is a short
delay after which Outlook crashes and sends an error report to MS. Any ideas?
 
I have this exact same problem. I have all the updates installed, tried
all microsoft's support (practically nil) and still no resolution.

Running Windows XP. This is the only thing going wrong in Outlook. The
rest works fine.
