Outlook 2003 Contacts issue

My company is running Outlook 2k3 on all of our machines with an exchange
server. Myself and atleast a few others are unable to properly use their
contact list when composing new mails. If I choose to Show Names from All
Contacts, nothing is listed. We are also unable to use Distribution List,
other than the workgroup mailing list.
 
Make sure your contacts folder is set up as an address book. Right click on
the contacts folder, properties, Outlook Address Book.
