Outlook 2003 Contacts / Address Book

When I use the address book icon in the toolbar, the list I get is
alphabetized by FIRST name. This makes it impossible to search as I work
with and remember LAST names. How do I change the listing so I can search
for a LAST name in the address book?

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
