Outlook 2003 closes out when I hit minimize button. Needs fixing!.

No it doesn't. It minimizes to the system tray because you have enabled
that option. Click the Outlook icon in the notification area of the system
tray (next to the clock on the task bar) and uncheck "Hide When Minimized".
