Outlook 2003 can't save new appointment

Please help. For the past few days everytime I try to add an appointment to
my calendar a pop up box says it can't be saved. All updates are installed
and nothing new has been added to my computer.
 
Thanks for the suggestion Ben but running Detect and Repair did not help.
Any other options?
