Outlook 2003 - Cannot fulfill messaging request

I just installed Office 2003 and when in Outlook I get a
dialog box every 2-3 minutes that says: "Either there is
no default mail client or the current mail client cannot
fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Office
Outlook and set it as the default mail client."

It is set as the default (always has been) and it is set
in IE as the default email as well. The knowledgebase has
the exact problem (article 813745) but it's for 2002. I
checked the solution anyway but it isn't applicable for
2003.

Any ideas?

Never mind. Installing the MS XML 4.0 SP 2 fixed it.
