outlook 2003 cannot display reminder service

outlook 2003 cannot display reminder service. What can I do to resolve?
 
It would help to know what kind of mail account you have, however you can try
opening Outlook with the /cleanreminders switch:

Start > Run > outlook.exe /cleanreminders

Let me know if that helps.
