Outlook 2003 - Can Not Find Contacts by Company

I am using Outlook 2003 with Exchange.

I am attempting to use the "Find a Contact" box on the simple tool bar to
locate a contact by their company name. If I type in the company name as it
appears on the contact under Company, Outlook responds with "Outlook could
not find the requested contact". However if I type in the name of the
contact it locates the contact. Online help indicates that typing a company
name should work.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what the issue may be?

Some of these quickfind functions do not work with cached exchange mode. Is
that what you're using?

Yes, I am. Any plans to resolve?

Not that I'm aware of. Haven't heard much on this lately.
