I recently upgraded to Outlook 2003 and whilst I love the User
Interface and many of the new features I am having significant
problems with it keeping "not responding".
I haven't got the latest updates for it, cos I'm also having problems
with Office Update no longer working for me (interesting
conicidence?)!
Plus, as I'm not yet using Word 2003, I cant use Word as my e-mail
editor (which I used to use a lot because I use Autcorrect to insert
blocks of text in e-mails) plus I cant use the Outlook address books
in Word anymore.
As Word 2003 is a little way off for me, I'm beginning to think the
only short term solution to all this is to go back to Outlook 2000.
So, my question is: Can I go back?
I know my PST files will have to be in the old format (I have several
PST files and luckily I haven't yet converted any to the new format
except the base Personal Folders file.
But can Outlook 2000 handle PST files that have been updated by
Outlook 2003.
TIA,
JohnK
