Outlook 2003 Calendar and contacts appear in mailbox listing

How do I get Calendar and Contacts to appear in the Mailbox listing on the
left hand side (with the inbox, sent box, deleted items, etc). Currently
with Outlook 2003 I can only get to these two things buy clicking on the
buttons or tabs below the mailbox listing. In outlook 2000, thoses entries
are in the mailbox list by default.
 
Use the Folder list view as opposed to any of the context-sensitive ones
(Mail only shows mail folder, Calendar only shows calendar folders, etc)
