Outlook 2003: Break apart messages?

In Outlook Express it has the ability to break apart messages before sending
them. The user can specify the size in the Accounts > Advanced section. This
feature is available in Outlook Express (including v6) and Outlook 2000.
However I don't see it in Outlook 2003 (v11.x). Has it been removed? And if
so is there a registry entry that one can be made to enable this?
 
This has been removed. It is better to compress the attachment instead.
WinZIP and WinRAR can also split an attachment.
