outlook 2003: autoforward rule to an external email address ....

Usung the rules wizard in outlook 2003 I cannot autoforward a message to an
external email address. It shows that it forwarded but I do not see it come
out of our Exchange 2000 server. Yet I can forward the message to the
external email address with no problem.

Sounds like your Exchange administrator is blocking automatic forwards to
external addresses. That can only be turned on/off at the server, not at
your desktop.

I administer the Exchange server, where do I find this? I have checked
several books with no luck.
