outlook 2003 auto adding contacts

Please help

I would like to set up outlook 2003 in such a way that it
is similar to OE 6. I would it to be that if someone sends
and email and I reply the address is added to my contacts
or email address book? Is this possible, if so how can I
do this

Also is it possible to set up auto complete
when sending new emails

senders or recipients as new contacts automatically, depending on your
version and configuration of Outlook.

No such feature in Outlook unless you add one with code.
Autocompletion is enabled by default in Outlook 2003. You won't see it
working until you've sent enough messages to have populated the
autocompletion cache.
