How do I add a attachment window to the email. Right now attachments are added to the body of the text. Thius is what I want

To
CC
Subject
Attachment

How do I add the attachment line?

Change your mail format from Rich Text to Plain Text or HTML. To do this;
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format
