Gents/Ladies,
At our office we have a limit of a 60MB synchronisable mail file.
unfortunately I usually receive a lot of attachments,
reports...etc..etc...Currently I have to delete my emails when I have read
them, however I would like to keep the mails and store the mails on the
server somewhere..
I have in the past used Lotus Notes and there was a function available
called save and remove attachments - What that performed was to save the
attachment to a specified location and instead of attachment there was a
clickable link embedded in the mail to the file stored on the server...
Is this functionality available in Outlook 2003 or do people have tips and
tricks they perform that performs a similar function?????
