outlook 2003 archiving issue

Hi Guys,

I have a client running office 2003, when trying to
archive his mailbox, he gets this error:

Error while archiving folder "(directory)" in
store "Mailbox - (username)". Path does not exist. Make
sure the path is correct.

Can anyone shed any light onto this error message?
 
What have you tried so far to troubleshoot this issue?
