Outlook 2003 Appointments - Advice Please

Assuming I have a calender month and each day has several appointments.
Can anyone advise me if there is a way to print all the appointments in one
batch rather than individually.

One way I like doing this is to change the print style to "Calendar Details
Style." This doesn't show me the color-coding, if I've used that, but it
does list all of the appointments in date order for the time period I choose
(i.e., monthly). Hope this is helpful!

I like your suggestion, the other option that was pointed out to me by
Diane Poremsky is Memo Style....I must have posted this question twice
without realising...Opps!!

If you have any other practical tips / links worth considering I would
appreciate your input as I am new to Outlook.
