Assuming I have a calander month and each day has several appointments.
Can anyone advise me if there is a way to print all the appointments in one
batch rather than individually.
Thanks in advance

what view do you want? A day planner, monthly calendar or individual events
with all details shopwing?

Thanks for the reply Diane
I am looking for each appointment to be printed on one sheet of paper, in
the same format as printing an appointment from within an appointment. i.e.
double clicking an appointment and clicking.

try a table view (all appointments or by category) then select the
appointments and press print. choose the memo style. If you hold ctrl as
you click to select noncontiguous appointments.

Thanks for the reply Diane
Memo Style is ideal, thanks for the explantion.
I will have a look at the link to your tips to as I am relatively new to
Outlook other than using it for email.
