We are upgrading our users to Outlook 2003. I am already being asked
if I can make it look like an older version of Outlook. We've been using
Outlook 2000 and 2002. Is there a way to do this or a whitepaper out there
that will tell me how to do it?

What part are you trying to look like Outlook 2000 or 2002? Do you mean you
want the folder list as in those versions or what part?

The complaints are that the users do not like the "boxy" look they're
getting in their Inbox. I have already set it to open the Folder List,
closed the Preview Pane and Moved the Navigation Pane down to the bottom.
I'm not sure what else there is to do.
Thank you for replying - it is appreciated.

You have hit all of the things that I can think of to modify the appearance.
