Outlook 2003 and HTTP (Hotmail) Inbox

Hi all,
I've searched and searched and searched (to no avail) for a solution to
a problem that's just been irritating to no end. I think it's simple,
but who knows...

I have 2 email accounts with Outlook 2003, one POP, and one HTTP
(Hotmail). My issue is that when I look in my inbox for the Hotmail
account, Outlook doesn't mark my messages (as it does in the POP
account) showing which messages I've responded to. That's it, but it's
EXTREMELY annoying to look in my inbox and not know if I've responded
to someone or not (without having to wade through my sent items
folder).

I'm not sure if there's a problem with "MY" Outlook, if this is
something that's not supported by Outlook, or if there is some feature
that I don't have enabled. If someone could give me some advice or
direction, it would be GREATLY appreciated!!!
PS - I have not installed SP2

Happy Holidays to All!

It is not supported. It is supported when you have a paid Hotmail account
and use the MSN Outlook connector.

Even the paid Hotmail won't show Replied to. Outlook can only do that on POP
mail, not HTTP.

Sweet! At least I know that it's not just me...which raises 2
questions-

1 (which is i guess a moot point since I don't want to go back to OE) -
How come OE allows you to see the replies and what not, and Outlook
doesnt?

2. If I switch to one of those HTTP Pop enhancements, I'll be able to
see who i've replied to?

Again, THANKS for EVERYTHING!

I'm not sure that will work. I think it's still HTTP mail even when you pay
for it. Go to MSN.com and checkout their help pages or email them and ask
about the new setup.
