Outlook 2003: All-day event limitation fixed?

In Outlook 2000 and 2002, there was a limit to how many "all day"
events that could be shown on a public calendar. The number depended
on the screen resolution.

I know that in Outlook 2003, calendaring has received a big makeover.
Does anyone know if Microsoft fixed this?

No, the main improvement to the calendar display is side-
by-side viewing.

public calendars exclusively for staff schedules. It is
causing me nothing but grief.
