Outlook 2003 address book

Is there a way to create sub-lists of addresses so when a
person clicks on the TO: button to send an email you can
select a certain "group" within that "group" select one
person?
 
You can create as many Contact folders as you wish. Any that you enable as
email address books (Properties) will appear in the Outlook Address Book.
