Outlook 2003 Add-ins

We used the excellent MAPILab trial add-in Duplicate Email Remover and
purchased it.
We then tried their Actual Contacts for Outlook but had problems. Attempting
to sign into their support using our registered name and password results in
being advised that our login has been blocked.
Further attemps via their suggestion form for making contact were also
ignored.
We wish to try several other of their Outlook add-ins but without the means
of communication this could be a pointless exercise.
Any suggestions please?

They have a Live Chat link on their support web page. Did you try that?

They list a fax number. Did you try that?

They list postal addresses. Did you try those (and send as
signature-required to prove they got it)?

They list an e-mail address. Did you try that?

Did you check for e-mail addresses or telephone numbers in their domain
registration
(http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/whois.ch?ip=mapilab.com&cache=off&email=on)?

The bill of sale, whether via e-mail or postal delivery, didn't have any
contact info?

They don't list any telephone numbers. Obviously they are too puny to
provide a sizable tech support crew to handle the volume of incoming calls.
Makes me wonder how they managed to get their claimed Microsoft Gold
Certified Partner status when they choose to hide from their customers.

Hi Vanguard,

We were pottering around on their website, I left the PC for a while and
when I returned the Live Chat window was on the screen.
I contacted them and they re-activated our Support, so now tthe problem has
been passed to them.

Thank you for your help.

Brian
