Outlook 2003 active X

G

Guest

When I get an email from one person and click on it to open it I get a
message " Your current security settings prohibit running Active X controls
on this page". I can then open the email but it has a small box below the
message. What could cause this problem, not at my end but at the senders
computer. They are having this happen to all emails.

Thank You for any assistance.

Right click on the message and select View > Source. Look at the html code
to determine what object they are trying to include in the message. Once
they know this, they know what to remove.
