outlook 2003 "accessing email address alert"

I have a customer who has 9 systems all runing XP, office 2003 pro, and 1
user who gets a message similar to the following when He trys to replay or
create a new messge in Outlook 2003.

An alert that states " a program is trying to access Outlook address book"
Allow? Drop down " 1 min, 5 min, 10 min"

Any ideas?

The one user has an add-in that isn't written in accordance with the Outloko
Object Model Guard. That person's options can be found here:

Thanks...This is the problem....But what add-on???? where would I
find the add-in that are installed? I have looke don my outlook an
ddo not see anything.....

You have to look on the PC with the problem, not on your PC.

If you read the web page I cited, you'll see it contains reference to a tool
that will help you identify it. My wild-ass guess is "Adobe Acrobat".
