Outlook 2003/2000 reset connnection with Exchange 2003 server

Our outlook200 and outlook 2003 users are getting disconnected from the
exchange 2003 server very often . the Error is " Unable to connect to the
exchange server retry,workoffline ?"

The Exchange server is Clustered(2003) and is running SP1
Is there any fine tunign I have to do on the server? .We dont seem to have
any network issues since other applications are working fine during peak load.

Check the error log of the Exchange server and scan the configuration of
your server with;
