Using outlook 2002 window sp2 and have several personal folders set up, when
I attempt to access one of my folders I receive this error message....
Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location.
Any suggestions or fixes?
Many thanks

Does the pst-file still exists on that location? If so scan it with
scanpst.exe. If not remove it through File-> Data File Management...

I'm not sure how to do that, scan with scanpst.exe, can you be a little more
specific, thank you. I searched for pst files, there are a few there, but
none with the particular file name that is corrupt.

thank you

The Inbox Repair Tool (scanpst.exe) can be found in the folder
%CommonProgramFiles%\System\MSMAPI\1033 (for an English installation).
