Outlook 2002

Outlook opertates only on safe mode. When I start it up,
I get a message saying that OL has to close. Then I have
to send an error report, after which I'm asked if I want
to start OL in safe mode. After closing OL in safe mode
and trying to restart it, the process repeats. I haven't
found any knowledge base articles that help. Any advice?

Create a new mail profile under Control Panel->Mail Icon->Show
Profiles->New.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
