Outlook 2002

I am running Outlook 2002 as part of XP Office. Also running Norton 2005
systemworks.
Everytime i open up a web link in a received msg, Outlook crashes.

Sorry for the delay but i did not see your reply.
I do not get any error msg other themn the standard "Outlook has experienced
....and will have to shut down." then it does shut down.
