Outlook 2002 sp3

Hi can anyone help with following problem?
when I download my messages using outlook, if there is a
picture in the message, it is not shown and a red cross in a white box
is shown instead.

please help it's sending me crazy.

Try looking under tools-options-security.
If there is a check in the " block images and other external content" box,
remove it.

Be aware, this opens you up to possible bad things, so hope you have a good
anti-virus program witth updated definitions.

This is a Windows XP group. You would do much better to repost this issue to the Office Outlook newsgroup(s).Since you are posting with that awful Web interface I suggest that you copy\paste one link into your Browsers Address Bar to access\post to the group
