Outlook 2002 - problems

S

Sonia T.

After updating my Norton Antivirus and also updating my
Win XP, I have been getting this message everytime I load
Outlook 2002 "A program is trying to access e-mail
addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to
allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and
you should choose No"
If I click Yes, No or even allow access for .... minute,
the same message box comes back over and over and it
freezes. I close down Outlook and reload again. It will
work fine for about 15 minutes and the problem comes back
again. Does anyone have experienced anything like this?
If so, what did you do to conquer the problem? TIA.

I believe this has to do witht the built-in anti-spam feature of Norton
Anti-Virus. You can verify this by disabling the anti-spam feature in
Norton. Check Norton for updates ad see if they hae a fix available for it
already.
