Outlook 2002 problems

I'm using outlook 2002 in my Win XP SP2 machine. Under my profile, there are
2 email accounts set up with different usenames and email adddresses, e.g. A
& B, where A is the default.

There are 2 problems.

1. After I sent emails by B, the copies in sent items wrongly recorded that
it was sent by the default, i.e. A in the from field (both usename and mail
address). However, the receipient confirm that the email was sent out by B
account correctly. I'm so confused whether I use the correct email account
after I sent the email evertime.

2. When I printed out the emails, the usename on the left top always stated
the default usename, i.e. A, no matter whether it is sent out by A or B.

I have tried to change the default to B and restart the outlook, then all of
the above will become B, including those should be A. It seems outlook use
the default email account to record everything.

Can anyone help?

Thanks for your response.

I have done what the same thing by using rules. The copies are saved in the
correct mailboxes. The problem is that the copies always show they are sent
by the default email account in the From field.

e.g. I sent an email by B account([email protected]). The copy stays in B
account's sent item folder, but the from field show A account(From:
(e-mail address removed)).
