Outlook 2002 Preview Pane Problem

Hi all,
My Outlook is running very slow. It takes between 5 - 10
seconds to change between email messages regardless of if
they are HTML or plain text.

It seems to be a problem with the Preview Pane because
when I have that turned off it flicks between them at a
normal pace.

Naturally I don't want to run Outlook with no preview
pane. I have downloaded every update from the Microsoft
site and still no joy.

Can anybody help?

Which version of Outlook and Windows are you running?

If Outlook 2002 try disabling Messenger integration; Tools-> Options-> tab
Other
If Windows 2000; apply servicepack 4
