OUTLOOK 2002: Oulined tasks?

Hopping I'm not asking for too much?

Is there a way to enter tasks, subtasks, and then again subtasks -- in an
OUTLINE fashion?
Collapse and expand these tasks and subtasks? -- in Outlook 2002.

If the answer is no, can it be faked in some way by using some of the other
facilities?
Tracking is not as critical as the ability to see the tasks in an outline
fashion.

Would a short VBA project will accomplish that?

Is there an available template on the MS site?

Is there a plug-in that is available somewhere?

Thanks for your help.

Cursory inspection reveals much more than I need. All I want is the ability
to enter subtasks with the ability to expand and collapse. There must be a
simple way of accomplishing this without buying an entire package.

Any suggestions anyone?
