Outlook 2002 on XP Pro delayed emails fro mExchange 2000

Hi, using SBS 2000 with 2000 Pro clients emails are instant using outlook
2002.
2 new PCs running XP Pro and using Outlook 2002 can only get new messages
when they click on an existing email in the Inbox. Notification is set but
most times doesn't even show when 'manually' getting emails. Clicking on
'Send/receive' does not get emails.
Sending to a 2000 Pro PC, the 2000 Pro PC gets them instantly.
Outlook is setup only for Exchnage server not Internet (Pop3) mail if that
matters.

Any ideas anyone ?

Found the answer- turn off the XP firewall completely (it's behind a NATed
PIX firewall anyway so I'm happy there)
