Outlook 2002- Not showing all folders

I am using win2k with office xp.
Our company is using Lotus Notus as mail software. All our mails
resides on the server only. We can also create custom folders on the
server.

Problem:
Outlook is not showing all the folders created in the lotus notes.
Earlier in office200 it was showing all the folders.

Also now outlook takes around 4-5minutes to start and it crashes very
frequently.

Any help is appreciated.

Seems to me this is a question already asked and answered in either this
newsgroup or microsoft.public.outlook. Google is your friend.
