Outlook 2002 - moving between folders

I used to be able to be in one folder, and have a particular email
highlighted, move to another folder, go back to the original folder, and the
location is still on the previously highlighted email. Now if you go back to
that original folder, it moves to the first email in the folder, not my
previous location within this folder. Anyone know where to set this up?
 
I ended up re-installing Office XP over top of what was there and rebooted.
This fixed the issue.
