Outlook 2002 Lost Password

I am trying to open an archived .pst file, but I cannot remember the
password. Can someone give me step by step directions on how to open the file?

I am using Windows XP and I downloaded a file pst19upg.exe, but I have hit a
wall.

I also used the utility tool Scanpst.exe and it said that there are 4
folders and no errors in this file.

Your help would be greatly appreciated because I have some very important
messages that I cannot open.

Where do you get stuck with using the file? You need to run it from a
command line;
Start-> Run-> cmd
Then browse to the location where you stored the file;
cd folder\subfolder\yourfolder
then type pst19upg.exe /? to see the options to use

Best is to place (a copy of) the pst-file that needs to be repaired in the
same folder
