Outlook 2002 Junk email

How do I get to the actual config file to add filters language like "free",
"prescription drugs", etc., Outlook 2002 does not have update abiliy and I am
being spamed by advertsiers for "credit cards", "ring tones', "language
lessons", "computers". I used to nkow how to get into the reg edit sectiion
and forgot. GG.

You don't. Despite what you think you remember, the Outlook 2002 junk mail
filter cannot be altered.
