I am using Outlook 2002. I transitioned from Outlook Express about one
month ago. In Outlook Express, when receiving an e-mail with a graphic
image (jpg file) as an attachment, the image would appear in the window
after the body of the e-mail. You did not have to double click on the
attachment icon to view the file. In Outlook 2002, you have to click on
the icon, and then two more screens of questions and warnings before you
can view the image. Is there a setting in Outlook 2002 so that it will
work the same as Outlook Express.

Thanks in advance

I was afraid of that. I spent several hours going through at least 3
Outlook books, and could not find the answer. I wonder why, security I
guess, and that Outlook is aimed more at a business environment, and OE is
just for e-mail. Thank you very much.

I think you've got it. Outlook is aimed at more business users rather than
home users.
