Outlook 2002: How do I save sent items on my network

I want to be able to be prompt every time I send an e-mail to ask me where I
want to save it (within the company main network, outside outlook). This
option is available with Lotus Notes. Is there the same facility with
Outlook 2002?

No such built-in facility exists.
