Outlook 2002 - Fun Tools

I have a user in my office who has a toolbar which appears in a new mail
message called "Fun Tools". This toolbar keeps coming back even after being
deleted. Due to restrictions within our office environment, this computer
does not have access to the "add/remove" programs feature. I ran a spyware
program, and it advised that the computer had a hijacker program in it, but
it did not get rid of it. I went to start, run, and regedit, and note that
there are two folders called "Fun Web Products" and "FunWebProducts",
however, I do not know if this is associated with Fun Tools, and whether or
not it is safe to delete them. If anyone could advise me how to get rid of
this "Fun Tools" toolbar, I would be eternally grateful. I apologize if this
is not the right place to post, however, I could not find any other
appropriate forum.

the admin should log on and try to uninstall it - I would delete those two
keys, but it may not help.

I beleive this toolbar is attached to a downloaded screensaver.
(www.popularscreensavers.com) Check in add/remove programs and see if there
is one listed. Try to uninstall the screensaver, and then delete the
toolbar. If there is no screen saver downloaded then I'm not sure.

Thank you very much. Unfortunately, the computer has been set up so that
nobody (including the administrator) has access to the add/remove programs.
