In Outlook 2002, I have a bunch of rules set up to deliver mail to specific
folders. I also have my folders tiered several layers deep. (ex. Company ->
Department -> User) I'd like to be able to collapse the structure so that all
I see are the higher-level folders, but I want to ensure that if any mail is
delivered to a "hidden", or collapsed child folder that the parent folder
also shows up as bold.
Can this be done in Outlook 2002? If so, how?
Thanks!
