Outlook 2002 Failed to register a VB Script DLL

I uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook. Also ran a utility
to clean registry before reinstalling Outlook. Now I have
the same error message. Any suggestions?

Insert the CD and choose Repair should be enough. If not
choose to
Add/Remove components and uncheck Outlook.
