Outlook 2002 Error When Shuting Down Computer

Everytime i shut down my computer, i have that "End Now" message come up for
Outlook. this means that in order to turn my computer off, i have to go into
the task manager and click, "end process" or end now or whatever. When i
open the task manager, OUTLOOK.exe is listed under processes for everytime i
opened it. This is a pain, can anyone help? I have tried to reinstall
already and that did not work.
