Outlook 2002 Dialog Box Font

Some time after installing Office XP on WinXP Pro the
font sizes of the Outlook dialog boxes became very large,
so that some of the content is unreachable. For example,
the Options dialog box, or the e-mail account settings
dialog box. I can send JPG examples if anybody is
interested. In old versions this was controlled by the
Windows Icon font settings, but not here. Is there a
solution?
