Outlook 2002, Default area code

Sorry, but I cannot figure out how to change the default
area code on my Outlook 2002. It continues to
automatically put 858 in the area code portion of the
phone number - I'd like to change it to 707.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

It's a Windows setting -- go to Control Panel | Phone and Modem Properties
and change it in Dialing Rules. (Note that I'm using Windows XP so your
menu commands may differ -- if in doubt, look in the Windows Help menu for
"area code".)
