One of our office computers is converting all emails,
both outgoing and incoming, to plain text. For emails
that are composed on that machine, the email appears to
be in html, but, when the recepient opens it, it appears
as plain text. All emails that this machine receives are
also converted from html to plain text.
The machine gets its email from a POP3 server--it is not
in an Exchange environment. It is running Windows XP and
Office 2002--both of which are legally
installed/activated and fully up-to-date with patches.
This computer's user had previously been using Outlook
Express. The email and address book was imported into
Outlook.
Anyone have any ideas about what's going on with this
machine?
